Why is there a fee to interact with the cats?
Our sanctuary relies on guest contributions to sustain our serene facilities, support our compassionate staff, cover vetting costs, and provide supplies for our resident cats. Your patronage and support allow us to maintain our mission of offering a stress-free environment for adopting cats.

What are the pricing details?
Individual reservations are priced at $18 per person. For a private group of up to 20 individuals, the reservation fee is $360. Online reservations encouraged, instore contactless payment also available. However, walk-in entry is not guaranteed. Please book your reservation here.

Are there parking available?
Yes, plenty of parking spaces available in the plaza. There are also 2 handicap parking spots right in front of our store.

Where could I put my belongings?
We have free lockable lockers available in the cat lounge. We also have coat racks for your jacket and shoe racks for your shoes.
What to expect before entering the cat lounge?
We keep our space clean for you and the cats, please take off your shoes and wear socks. Forgot your socks? No worries, we have socks available for sale.

Am I allowed to bring my cat?
Regrettably, we do not accommodate personal cats at our establishment. As a space dedicated to the care of adoptable cats, we prioritize the well-being of both your pets and those under our care.

Are the cats available for adoption?
Absolutely! The primary advantage of adopting from us is the opportunity to interact with several cats and kittens in a relaxed, living-room-like setting. This approach enables you to select the cat that resonates best with you. We process adoption applications solely for customers who have visited us and chosen a cat or kitten. You may apply in advance of your visit if you've scheduled a session with us.
